This Return Policy describes the conditions and process for returning products purchased from Big Time Buy, operated by IT Brain Services.
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days
2. Eligibility for Return
For a return to be accepted:
The product must be in unused, original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
The product must not be physically damaged, altered, or tampered with.
A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
3. Reasons for Return
Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:
Wrong product delivered.
Product damaged during transit.
Product not working on arrival or has a major functional defect.
Product significantly different from description or specifications on the website.
Minor variations in color, design, or packaging that do not affect functionality are not considered valid reasons for return.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Software, digital or downloadable products.
Items marked as “non‑returnable”, “final sale”, or “clearance”.
Consumables or personal-use items once the seal is broken.
Products with visible signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair.
5. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our support within 7 days of delivery with order details and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will evaluate your request, may ask for images/videos, and confirm eligibility.
Step 3: If approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping or pickup schedule where available.
Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the courier/pickup agent.
6. Inspection and Resolution
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check.
Based on the inspection, we will process:
Replacement of the product, or
Refund as per our Refund Policy, or
Rejection of return if it does not meet the conditions.
If the return is rejected, the product will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.
7. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged product), we will generally bear or reimburse the return shipping cost as per our policy at that time.
In other cases (such as change of mind, ordered wrong product), return shipping may be at the customer’s cost, subject to whether such returns are allowed for that product.
